Mario Germano Giuliani

Career

Mario Germano Giuliani served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Giuliani SpA, a specialty pharmaceutical company based in Italy and founded in 1942, from 2000 to 2014. Prior to this role, he was the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

In 2000, Mr. Giuliani co-founded Mosaix Ventures LP, a private equity fund focused on healthcare and life sciences.

From January 1998 to January 1999, he worked as an investment professional at Vector Fund Management, a private equity firm specializing in healthcare and life sciences.

Mr. Giuliani has also held executive positions and directorships at several companies, including Recordati SpA (2011-2014), Nogra Group SA (2015-2016), Fair Med Healthcare AG (2013-2017), and Jukka LLC (2015-2019).

Additionally, he was a member of the Investment Committee at Royalty Pharma PLC until 2020.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Giuliani S.p.A. since 1999 and of its parent company, Giuliani Group S.p.A., since 2010. Since June 2020, he has also served as a non-executive Director of Royalty Pharma PLC.

Mr. Giuliani holds several other directorships, including HBM Healthcare Investment AG (including the Compensation Committee) since 2012, NGR (Monaco) SAM since 2015, SAM L’Anse du Portier since 2016, and Nogra Pharma Invest Sàrl, Nogra Real Estate Sàrl, and Nogra Private Equity Sàrl since 2017. He is also involved with GISEV Group Lux SA and NGR Luxembourg SA since 2018, Elevate Bio LLC since March 2020, and Nathura SpA since March 2021.

He is a member of the Supervisory Board of SCA Anse du Portier since 2016 and of Mosaix Ventures LLP since 2000.
