Celebrating talent development and hands-on experience in private banking

This month, CMB Monaco proudly celebrated Laki, the first alumnus of its Graduate Program. Over the course of the program, Laki completed rotations across five key departments, gaining practical exposure and developing cross-disciplinary skills essential for a successful career in private banking.

“What particularly attracted me to this program was the chance to explore several Front Office roles. It offered a unique 360° view of the bank and allowed me to develop skills across advisory, credit, and client relations,” says Laki.

A special breakfast with top management and former managers marked the conclusion of his journey, celebrating both his personal achievements and the program’s ability to nurture emerging talent.

During the rotations, Laki contributed to impactful projects, including the creation of an internal investment targeting tool that streamlined proactive client engagement and optimized investment campaigns. The program also supported his preparation for the CFA certification, enhancing his technical and analytical expertise.

Now officially an Investment Advisor, Laki looks forward to combining technical expertise with client-facing skills in his long-term career aspirations.
