Global Chairman - YPO

Anastasios (Tassos) Economou is the founder and Managing Director of iGroup, an investment holding company with offices in Monaco, London and Athens. Prior to founding iGroup, Tassos gained experience in the shipping industry, investment management and private equity investment. He joined YPO, a global leadership community of chief executives driven by the shared belief that the world needs better leaders, in 2005 and has been an extraordinarily active member of the chapter, both regionally and globally, having held over 25 champion positions. In July 2017, Tassos joined the board of directors of YPO. He is currently the World President of YPO 2020-2021. Tassos received the Alexander L. Cappello Award in 2017, which is YPO's highest award for membership development. The same year he received the Best of the Best YPO Region award for his work with the European region as regional president.
