The California District Court acknowledged the dismissal of the RICO case against CMB Monaco, which follows the reaching of an agreement on the dispute over the ownership of assets held at CMB Monaco on behalf of Savannah Advisors.

This agreement represents a complete and final resolution, precluding any further action against CMB Monaco related to this dispute in any jurisdiction.

CMB Monaco confirms the propriety of its actions and its compliance with all applicable laws. CMB Monaco suffered no loss or damage.
