Career

Olivier Pagès holds major roles as Chief Innovation Officer and Chief of Staff at CMB Monaco, playing a pivotal role in the strategic, operational, and cultural transformation of the Principality's leading private bank. As a member of the Management Committee, he is at the center of defining and implementing the company's strategy and key priorities.

With over 15 years of extensive experience in private banking, financial services, and consulting, Olivier has notably led advisory services at KPMG as Head of Financial Advisory Services and served as Business Delivery & Control Lead for the EMEA region (Monaco, Switzerland, Dubai) at Barclays Wealth Management.

He plays an active role in the Monegasque Association of Financial Activities, chairing the working group on digital activities.

A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Olivier has also enriched his academic background with a certification in "Disruptive Strategy" from Harvard Business School. His career and skills make him a key player in the innovation and development of CMB Monaco.
