Olivier Pages

Chief Operating Officer

Career

Olivier Pagès has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) and second executive officer of CMB Monaco since December 2025. In this role, he oversees the execution of the bank’s strategy and leads its end-to-end transformation—operational, organizational, and digital—with the objective of increasing performance, resilience, and service quality for the benefit of both clients and teams.

Previously Chief Innovation Officer and Chief of Staff, he played a decisive role in the modernization of CMB Monaco, leading major, structuring initiatives that transformed the institution. This trajectory naturally led him to join the Executive Committee, where he contributes directly to defining priorities and ensuring their implementation, in service of one of the Principality’s leading private banks.

With more than 18 years of experience in private banking, financial services, and consulting, Olivier Pagès has held senior leadership positions within major international groups. He notably led advisory activities at KPMG as Head of Financial Advisory Services, before serving as Chief Control Officer and Business Delivery & Control Lead for the EMEA region (Monaco, Switzerland, Dubai) at Barclays Wealth Management, with a strong focus on execution, risk management, and transformation.

Actively involved in Monaco’s financial ecosystem, he is a member of the Association Monégasque des Activités Financières (AMAF), where he chairs the working group dedicated to digital activities.

A graduate of EDHEC Business School, he also holds a “Disruptive Strategy” certification from Harvard Business School. His execution mindset, leadership, and strategic vision make him a central figure in CMB Monaco’s transformation and growth trajectory.
