CMB ensures that the personal data it receives remains confidential.
CMB implements security measures tailored to the sensitivity of personal data in order to protect it against malicious intrusion, loss, corruption and disclosure to unauthorised third parties.
CMB also requires its service providers to comply with its security rules.
CMB agrees to delete personal data from its databases at the end of this retention period.
Personal details may be transferred to the Host Company and to any CMB subsidiary for processing purposes or to service providers for administration purposes, to provide relevant services or in the context of the maintenance and hosting of the Website.
In the context of various operations, personal details may be transferred to a country within or outside the European Union. Rules have been defined to ensure that data is protected and remains secure when transferred to a country outside the European Union.
